3 Yogurt Starters • 1 Bacterial Strain • Capsule-Based Starter Cultures • Flexible Dosing from 5 to 20 Billion CFU • Up to 63 Yogurt Batches • Detailed E-Book Included • Customer Support Included

What's Included?

The starter set contains 3 separate yogurt starters.

Each starter consists of 4 capsules containing 5 billion CFU of Lactobacillus reuteri BIO5454 per capsule.

In total, the set contains 12 capsules with 60 billion CFU.

Flexible Dosing

The starter cultures are supplied in capsule form.

This allows you to choose how many capsules you would like to use for each batch of yogurt.

You can prepare a batch with:

• 1 capsule (5 billion CFU)

• 2 capsules (10 billion CFU)

• 3 capsules (15 billion CFU)

• 4 capsules (20 billion CFU)

How Many Yogurt Batches Can I Make?

Each starter can be used to prepare one batch of yogurt.

The finished yogurt may be used as a starter for subsequent batches.

Scientific studies on lactic acid bacteria have shown that repeated reculturing is possible over multiple generations. In practice, many users successfully reculture their yogurt at least 10 times.

Dr. William Davis recommends restarting with fresh capsules after approximately 20 recultures.

This means that one starter can produce up to 21 yogurt batches (1 initial batch plus up to 20 recultures).

The complete set can therefore produce up to 63 yogurt batches.

What Do I Need to Make Yogurt?

To prepare yogurt, you will need:

  1. The bacterial cultures included in this starter set

  2. Milk

  3. A fermentation device capable of maintaining the recommended temperature

  4. (Suitable nutrients for the bacteria, e.g. inulin)

For best results, we also recommend using a thermometer to verify the actual fermentation temperature.

Many fermentation devices do not maintain exactly the temperature shown on their display. A simple kitchen thermometer can help confirm that the desired fermentation temperature is being reached throughout the fermentation process.

Successful fermentation depends on several factors, including the milk used, fermentation temperature, and the availability of suitable nutrients for the bacteria.

The included guide contains detailed preparation instructions and proven recipes.

Fermentation Temperature

The recommended fermentation temperature is 38 °C (100 °F).

Maintaining the correct temperature throughout the fermentation process is one of the most important factors for successful yogurt preparation.

Included E-Book and Instructions

The starter set includes access to a detailed digital guide.

The guide contains step-by-step instructions for preparing yogurt, information about fermentation, and practical tips for use.

Access is provided via a QR code included in the package.

If you experience any difficulties accessing the guide, please contact us by email and we will send you the link directly.
